Skegness’ number one theme park is well prepared for every eventuality and has plenty to do indoors if you need a break from the elements. Here are just five indoor attractions all the family will love:

The Guardian

From tigers to zebras and even the Kings of the Jungle, lions, you’ll enter the world of the animal kingdom. Suitable for Little Explorer bands, this exciting ride is perfect for the whole family to enjoy together.

Toucan Tours

For even more animal adventures, head over to Toucan Tours. With your expert guides, Parrot and Toucan, you’ll journey to the lost island temple and try to discover the secret of Fantasy Island. Along the way, you’ll overcome volcanoes, mountains and the mystic Gods who live on the lost island paradise. This monorail ride is suitable for Little Explorers and taller guests so the entire family can embark on this adventure to the lost world.

Seaquarium

This musical family voyage is suitable for children and adults of all ages, so why not set sail together along this indoor river? Let Captain Rhombus guide you around his fantastical Seaquarium and discover the world of spectacular sea creatures around you.

Mystical Dragon Mountain

If you’re trying to stay dry, Mystical Dragon Mountain is not the ride for you. However, for those of you willing to risk the splash, this fast-paced adventure is tons of fun. Scale the rocky terrain and brave the perilous rope bridge over the lagoon, before your dinghy swoops down the mountain, twisting and turning through the abandoned mineshaft. This indoor attraction will keep you out of the cold or the rain, but you may still need to dry off afterwards!

Of course, if you’re feeling brave, you can always embrace the weather and explore all the outdoor attractions Fantasy Island has to offer too. From the ultimate, stomach-dropping rush of The Volcano and the whirlwind loops of The Odyssey to the tamer turns of The Twister, there’s plenty of fun to be had outside if you’re prepared for it. Fantasy Island delivers a whole day of things to do in Skegness, whatever the weather.
