What to experience at Fantasy Island after COVID-19

Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, Fantasy Island like everywhere else has closed its doors for the time being to protect visitors and staff and keep them safe. However, once Fantasy Island reopens there’ll be plenty of fantastic things to do in Skegness. Below is a brief guide to what you can sample when visiting our theme park.

The wide variety of rides

Fantasy Island has three different types of wristband: Little Explorer, Adventurer and Discovery. For your Little Explorers, Seaquarium is a musical voyage where they can join Captain Rhombus and gaze at colourful fish and unique crustaceans. The Adventurers of the family will find delight in the Log Flume, where you twist and turn to the very top before plunging down into the water below at breathtaking speed. For the adrenaline-seekers of Discovery, the Millennium Ride will take you around the park at hair-raising speeds while experiencing loops and a sidewinder.

The superb market

One of the things which you must experience is Fantasy Island’s market which is the largest seven-day market in Europe. You’ll find everything you could ever need, from new clothes and fishing rods to souvenirs and microwaves. What’s more, the market is completely free to enter so you can do as much window shopping as you like without feeling guilty.

Family Entertainment Centre and Ten-Pin Bowling

Fantasy Island is home to the largest family entertainment centre on the East Coast which features old-school arcade games and more modern amusements which has the latest technology for all the family to enjoy. Ten-Pin Bowling is a great way to hold a family competition, especially at Fantasy island as we are the only company outside of the United States to have Projection-Mapping VIP Lane Technology.

Fantasy Island is one of the best things to do in Skegness, so when we reopen why not visit and experience a fun-filled family day out?
