How Fantasy Island enables a wonderful time for all

For those with disabilities or special access requirements, planning a trip to a theme park can feel a bit of a minefield, but not when you visit Fantasy Island! Skegness’ premier attraction is proud to provide a truly personal service to all of its visitors, whatever their needs. Here’s how Fantasy Island offers disabled visitors a fantastic experience from start to finish…

Personalised planning

Before you come to the park, we understand you may have questions about your own specific needs, which is why our Guest Services and Sales Manager is available for all your mobility and access queries. At Fantasy Island, we’re dedicated to giving our disabled guests the freedom to enjoy the park as they wish, and we know that differing needs require a compassionate, personalised approach so you can plan directly with us via telephone or our contact form.

Mapping it out

For disabled visitors, we know it can be helpful to know the layout of the park in advance, or the location of key amenities such as information points, catering facilities and disabled toilets. Our handy Fantasy Island Map can tell you all you need to know.

A range of attractions

Once you reach the park, Fantasy Island’s jam-packed selection of activities means that guests with access needs are sure to find plenty of rides to suit them. Our smooth Seaquarium Ride is perfect for relaxing, whilst thrill-seekers will love The Rhombus Rocket. Not sure which rides are accessible for you? Our team will be able to help you plan your must-sees around the park.

And, if you fancy taking a break from the rides, Fantasy Island has so much more to enjoy, from Europe’s largest seven-day market to our breath-taking Mystical Mountain show. You can even bowl a few frames or have a go at go-karting between rides!

Stylish, accessible holiday homes

Want to visit us again and again? Our holiday caravans, nestled right by the park in Ingoldmells, are a wonderful option for disabled visitors who love Fantasy Island. Many of our holiday homes are wheelchair accessible, and their proximity to the park gives that added convenience and comfort which can make all the difference for those with mobility needs.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Fantasy Island – whatever your needs, our wonderful staff look forward to enabling a fun-filled trip for you, both before and during your visit!
