Two main car parks
Fantasy Island has two main carparks on Eastgate (West) and Sunnymede (East) Sea Lane. You can find these using our post code PE25 1RH. Our car parks can only accept the following vehicles:
- Cars
- Minibus
- Motorcycles/Scooters
- Vans (excluding vehicles with overnight accommodation)
- Coaches (On Eastgate carpark only)

You can pay for parking via cash, card or online any time before you exit the car park on the day of your visit.
The charges are as followed throughout the year:
- £2 for 1 hour
- £4 for 2 hours
- £8 all day
If your vehicle takes up more than 1 space, you must purchase a ticket for each space your vehicle occupies.
Unfortunately, we do not offer concession or disability rates.
Fantasy Islands car park payment system is externally managed by Smart Parking. The car parks use an ANPR system.
Please do not try to enter the car park with any other vehicle than those permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, campervans, caravans and towed vehicles.
Smart Parking
Following discussions with Fantasy Island management, Smart Parking was asked to manage the car parks associated with the family resort.
As such, a state of the art Automatic Number Plate Recognition system, linked to Pay and Display machines, was installed. Since installation, the misuse associated with the car parks has declined immensely and the system now provides coverage twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Unfortunately, a small number of motorists have experienced difficulties when utilising the machines, which is an issue that we would like to address immediately. To that end, we would ask that you familiarise yourself with the following instructions, which should help you easily understand the car parking system and remove any confusion.
In the unlikely event that you do receive a Parking Charge Notice, please appeal utilising the instructions which can be found on the PCN itself, providing any purchase information that would support your appeal.
