All discounts can only be redeemed by purchasing on-site. We cannot book discounts online or via phone.
Please bring relevant information, including Photo ID, to support your discount on the day of your visit.
Blue Light Discount – We Thank You
We will be forever grateful to those that put themselves at risk to protect us and so our Blue Light discount is available onsite on our 1-day wristbands as a thank you to:
– The Emergency Services
– The Armed Forces (including veterans) and MOD personnel
– NHS Staff
– Any other legitimate Blue Light Card holder
You must show identification including Photo ID to the customer service team upon arrival. Identification such as Blue Light Card/App or a suitable official identification card (e.g. Armed Forces, Emergency Services, NHS, MOD, UK Armed Forces Defence Discount Card) are accepted but must be accompanied with Photo ID.
The discount amounts to 25% off the cost of a 1-day wristband for the holder and, provided they are getting a wristband for themselves, up to 3 other members for their party (total 4).
This discount also includes 10% off Food & Drink from any of our Fantasy Island Food & Beverage venues
CARER’S
If a guest has the correct documentation and needs accompanying on the rides due to their disability, their accompanying carer can receive a half-price wristband.
Please note that we can only offer this discount on 1-day wristbands; it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available online. To redeem this discount, the carer must purchase their wristband upon arrival and show suitable evidence of carer status.
As Fantasy Island staff are not permitted to make a judgement as to whether an individual has a disability or not, suitable evidence would need to be provided. Suitable evidence which shows a carer requirement could be any of the following:
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter
Disability Access Pass (aka A Nimbus Card)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
Universal Credit Carers Allowance letter
STUDENT DISCOUNT
At Fantasy Island, we recognise the importance of making great memories while balancing student life. Our Student Discount is available onsite on our 1-day wristbands as a way to help you enjoy a well-earned break.
Who qualifies:
Students with a valid Student ID (physical card or official digital/app-based ID)
How to redeem:
The discount is available on on-the-day purchases only
Valid Student ID must be presented to our cashier staff at the time of purchase
What you get:
15% off the cost of a 1-day wristband for the student
