All discounts can only be redeemed by purchasing on-site, we are not able to book discounts online or via phone. Please bring relevant information to support your discount on the day of your visit.

We will be forever grateful to our NHS, Emergency Services and Armed Forces. If you are an employee of the listed services then you can receive 30% off on your wristband, plus 3 guests on a 1 day ride wristband.
Terms & Conditions:
This discount is only applied onsite, it cannot be redeemed online.
The discount can only be applied to the card holder, plus up to 3 guests. It cannot be transferred to non-card holder guests if the cardholder is not purchasing a wristband for themselves.
The discount cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
You must show your ID Card or Blue Light Card to redeem the discount.
You can use the Blue Light Card app but without photo evidence we will need supporting evidence that the Blue Light Card app account belongs to the person redeeming the discount.
CARER’S
If a guest has the correct documentation and needs accompanying on the rides due to their disability, their accompanying carer can receive a half-price wristband.
Please note that we can only offer this discount on 1-day wristbands; it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available online. To redeem this discount, the carer must purchase their wristband upon arrival and show suitable evidence of carer status.
As Fantasy Island staff are not permitted to make a judgement as to whether an individual has a disability or not, suitable evidence would need to be provided. Suitable evidence which shows a carer requirement could be any of the following:
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter
Disability Access Pass (aka A Nimbus Card)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
Universal Credit Carers Allowance letter
