Autumn 2020: the perfect time to visit Fantasy Island

If you and your family normally go away in the autumn time and feel a little disappointed that you can’t do that this year, don’t worry as Fantasy island is the perfect staycation destination for autumn 2020. From adrenaline-pumping rides to Fear Island, the whole family will be entertained when having one of the best days out in Lincolnshire. Down below are some of the things to experience and create memories to fondly look back on.

Experience a wide choice of rides

For the little ones, Seaquarium is sure to be delightful as they sail with Captain Rhombus on this musical adventure. Watch their faces light up with wonder and curiosity as they gaze at bizarre fish and quirky crustaceans. If you have adventurers in the family, then the log flume will be heaps of fun. Twist and turn up to the top before plunging down into the water below at electrifying speeds. In the discovery category, we have the Millennium, a high-speed rollercoaster where you soar around the park and experience loops that will get your heart pumping.

Explore Fear Island

If you visit Fantasy Island between October 10th and November 1st, then you’ll get to experience Fear Island. There will be an interactive stage show, three spine-chilling attractions and the Circus of Screams for the whole family to have a hair-raising time. To be able to enjoy Fear Island, purchase a Fear Island Ride All Day wristband or purchase use an i-Card to purchase the attractions which is £5 per person per attraction.

Shop till you drop at the Market

Open from March through to November, Europe’s largest seven-day market at Fantasy Island will have something for everyone. This market has been a central attraction at Fantasy Island for many years and we’re not surprised, with it containing over 320 stores which sell everything, from garden equipment to designer clothes. The market is free to enter so you can just have a quick browse if you choose before popping off to find something to eat or going on one of the rides.

Try the delicious food

One great thing about going away is being able to try different food and at Fantasy Island you won’t be disappointed! There are over 40 eateries to choose from, but if you want something quick, then Subway or the British staple of fish and chips are great choices. If you find yourself wanting something sweet, we have many stalls selling mouth-watering desserts too.
